3. 2.After-sales response time

3. Warranty period

4. Disclaimer

2. Drilling tools are severely worn in highly abrasive formations during use, and the diameter of drilling tools is worn or the surface damage is greater than 0.5mm;
3. The screw thread of threaded connection drilling tools is damaged or locked due to the product being mixed with other manufacturers or improperly maintained.

5. Technical support

During the whole life cycle of the product, our company provides free technical guidance and technical services 24 hours a day; after the expiration of the warranty period, we provide paid maintenance services.
