The newly developed and produced coal mine roadway crawler slag cleaning loader YKQZ-18.5L (referred to as slag cleaning machine) is the latest patented product of our company. The slag and coal slag generated in the excavation and drilling construction of the roadway are automatically collected and transferred to the mine car or conveyor belt, so as to realize the efficient cleaning and transportation construction.
Coal mine roadway crawler type slag cleaning loader adopts independent explosion-proof power supply and full hydraulic power system configuration to realize the action execution and crawler walking of each power unit. On the basis that the slag collection shovel plate is adjustable up and down, the width of the collection dial can be adjusted in two directions with a single control, which improves the convenience of cleaning the width of the slag. The slag in the collecting shovel is transported to the transverse transfer belt through the lifting conveyor belt arranged under the console. The two-way telescopic transverse transfer belt can carry out left and right slag discharge, and the equipment can work without turning around when the slag discharge direction changes. The telescopic length is dynamically adjustable, which fully guarantees the high adaptability to the reloading of mine carts or belt conveyors.
