Φ42 Twist Drill Pipe

Quick-connect auger rods are connected head-to-tail in four or six directions, and are automatically locked by spring pins or connected and positioned by semi-circular pins, straight pins, U-shaped pins, and long round wedge-shaped pins, which can be quickly connected. Compared with other drill pipes, it has the obvious advantages of convenient operation and fast drilling speed, so it is also called high-efficiency auger pipe.

The quick-connect auger pipe is a quick-connect auger pipe connected in four or six directions. In a broad sense, it also includes other quick-connected drill pipes, such as water exploration drill pipe, gas discharge drill pipe, calibration drill pipe, rattan hemp. Product process：Cold fit, hot fit, friction welding

Cold Packing Process：The inner holes at both ends of the rod body are pre-machined with inner square holes, and then one end of the square steel is inserted into the pre-machined inner square holes to drill welding point holes and pin holes for fixing, which is suitable for all high-efficiency auger rods.

Hot charging process：One end of the rod body is pre-processed with an inner square hole, and the other end is heated F18、F24、F32。

Friction welding process：It can be applied to all high-efficiency auger rods. At present, with the gradual improvement of the technology, friction welding process will gradually replace the existing cold-loading and hot-loading processes in high-efficiency auger rods.。
